However, due to the nature of print-on-demand, personalized, and embroidered items, we do not accept returns. However, please reach out to us if something isn't right.
• Mistakes happen! Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
• No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
• Please contact us at service@jjhallsdesigns.com if you believe you are eligible for a refund. Please include your Order Number in the Subject line, e.g. "Refund Order: #24601". This will help us quickly identify your order.

• Orders are processed and sent to production same day they are ordered. If you need to cancel an order please contact us at service@jjhallsdesigns.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Please include your Order Number in the Subject line, e.g. "Cancel Order: #24601". This will help us quickly identify your order.
• Once an order is processed and sent to production it cannot be canceled.
